Epson EcoTank (ink tank)
Refillable tanks mean an extremely low cost per page and vibrant colour. Ideal for:
- Homes and small offices printing colour documents and photos.
- Anyone tired of expensive cartridges. Models like the L3250, L5290 and A3 L15150.
Laser printers (HP, mono & colour)
Fast, crisp text and high monthly volumes. Ideal for:
- Offices printing lots of black-and-white documents (e.g. HP LaserJet Pro M404dn, MFP 4103fdw).
- Colour laser (e.g. HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP) for marketing and reports at speed.
How to decide
- Mostly text, high volume, speed matters → laser.
- Colour, photos, lower volume, lowest running cost → EcoTank.
- Need copy/scan/fax → choose an MFP (all-in-one) in either family.
