1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Middleware website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

All product listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund issued promptly.

For Request for Quote (RFQ) items, a quote is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Services

Service engagements (installation, setup, support) are governed by a separate Service Agreement provided before work commences. Middleware guarantees workmanship for 30 days following installation.

4. Support Tickets

Support tickets submitted via the website are responded to within 24 business hours. Response times may vary during UAE public holidays. Middleware reserves the right to close tickets that are inactive for more than 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Middleware and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Middleware shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order or service engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
